Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or materials used during the engagement remain the intellectual property of ISO 42001
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the service engagement. ISO 42001 will not disclose any client data to third parties without consent, except where required by Australian law.
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable deliverables, ISO 42001 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
